Overview

As the centerpiece of the Nicklaus North residential resort community near Whistler, the Clubhouse is a gathering place for residents and casual visitors, as well as the golfers who flock to the Jack Nicklaus-designed course. The building’s main floor houses a full-service golf clubhouse with a restaurant and lounge, while 18 condominium units occupy the second and third storeys.

The DA Difference

DA took special care to address the community’s environmental concerns when drafting the plan for the Clubhouse and the surrounding development. Designed to reflect its mountain setting, the Clubhouse situates itself naturally into the landscaping.
