Overview:

The Magnolia Hotel located at Courtney and Gordon Streets – within the Heritage Downtown Core and a block from the Empress Hotel – was developed as a ‘Boutique Hotel’ with 66 guestrooms. The main level was developed as a Restaurant and Brew Pub which has incorporated a heritage facade as the front door to the Pub.
