Al joined the firm in 1993, and became an associate in 2002.

As Senior Designer, Al’s primary roles have been in master planning, and in the concept and design development phases of many projects. These include the residential towers along Bayshore Drive, Kwantlen University College, the Westin Bayshore Hotel, and the Roundhouse Neighbourhood plan.

Al’s ability to create a high-quality architectural design based on the client’s needs and the project’s context has made him a key member of the firm.
